If you’re a beef lover, you must try the restaurant’s delicious options! The location is right downtown with stunning views of Volcan Orsorno. The staff were super helpful, making our stay even better.
While the bathroom had stains and the water temperature was all over the place, the warm atmosphere and the view from our room truly shined through all. Just a little more attention there could take it over the top!

i was truly shocked by the lack of hot water, since we were told it would always be available. the staff also ignored me at the bar as i patiently waited for 30 minutes for wine. i had honestly expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but i guess that’s just wishful thinking here.

During our stay, the room was uncomfortably warm, and we struggled with traffic noise at night when trying to sleep. The bathroom needed better maintenance, as the water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly. Additionally, my experience at breakfast was quite disappointing. the staff seemed unfriendly, and the limited selection left much to be desired.

The hotel has a great character with stunning views of
the lake and Osorno volcano. Staff were very helpful, and the cleanliness was top-notch. However, the breakfast was decent but could use more variety. Overall, it’s a convenient location, and I loved the comfortable bed!

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect for walking around town, and the views from our room were breathtaking. We enjoyed exploring the area, especially Vicente Pérez Rosales Park. The staff was super friendly, making our stay even better.
The shower's water pressure was a bit low, which was inconvenient at times.
